Business Development Manager

Mr. Bathla background is in sales and marketing, with additional experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Polydiam, he held leadership positions at DELL & IBM. He brings his knowledge of business processes, marketing, Web strategy and product development to the ongoing development and implementation of the Mobispector platform of products. He especially welcomes the challenge to use his technology expertise to match the specific needs of each client, finding the most efficient and expeditious solutions to solve business problems. He is responsible for redefining business development strategies, technical and marketing alliances in UK & Europe, taking leverage of technical expertise areas of the company.

Jason Kapadia
Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Kapadia has over a decade of IT experience, most recently as senior analyst. He received his BSc degree in Computer Science, Queen Mary’s University, London, and achieved Computer Programming Certification from Apple. He also holds formal certifications in CCNA, project management and public speaking. He earned an additional degree in Computer Networking and Architecture.

Marketing Manager

Dave holds a MBA degree in Marketing.He carries a good experience in the field of IT sales, software sales, online marketing, cleint interaction and SEO. Thus he with the above knowledge and expertise is responsible for forming various business developement strategies and leveraging the technical expertise that the company has to form technical and marketing alliances with the industry giants. Thus he is ready to understand the cleints requirement and give them the most desirable and effective solution to solve clients business problem and make his work faster, easier and in a cheaper way.
